College - relived
It was a very good weekend, rather the most memorable ever after my visit to Bangalore.
Way better than my birthday treat at Cafe masala.
Almost everyone was teased, and i enjoyed.
Sunday trip to the golf resort, where in we had amazing games of cricket and football (15 of us), TT (me and vineeth, and later a doubles game with janthu and baski included).
Weird poses in front of the camera, wild shouts on drawing the match, jumping around as though there was a discovery made - it was college life all over again. There was no attempt to forcibly bring in a feeling of nostalgia. It came in automatically. There was some unusual feeling in all of us, which was clearly missing all four years at college.
There have been minute changes in almost all of our lives.
Sri has already purchased a house in Hyderabad, the housewarming ceremony of which is scheduled on the 22nd of this month.
Raghu continues to be as professional as humanly possible even during normal conversation within the friend circle.
Srini no longer portrays that hideous character which i think he displayed consistently at college. He has grown wise, for sure and has no qualms accepting things as they come.
Mouli has grown a little silent, or atleast he appeared so when we were having breakfast at pongal. But the fun element remains.
Baski - "enna ottaatheenga da" - this has gone for good. This friend of mine is bound to go places in life, if he sheds that childish character in him ;)
Sudha: Does not seem to be lost in his thoughts anymore. Has grown progressively jovial for good.
Hari has not changed, and he continues to pull not just others' legs, but anything which is within hand's reach.
Bala - The only american maplai in us, has demonstrated that he is as human as the rest of us by professing his godly love for all of us. He was the reason behind us getting together for this trip. I owe him this post, actually i owe him more. As hari has stated in the screenshot of the conversation we had in buzz, WE ALL LOVE YOU BALA.
We guys at Bangalore, continue to remain the moron that we are.
Borrowing this word from saagar, "Advaaaaance guyss da naanga" ;)
Life has already changed a little, and in a few more years, the quantum of change in our lives is going to be enormous.
Again, LOVE YOU ALL GUYS.
